These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and apkvip ("apkvip", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://apkvip.cam. apkvip is an online betting and casino information platform designed to serve Pakistani users seeking sports betting odds, live casino guidance, cricket market analysis and related gambling information.

apkvip reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

By using apkvip, you agree at all times to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including those relating to online gambling and financial transactions;
• Use apkvip solely for lawful and personal, non-commercial purposes;
• Provide true, accurate and up-to-date information when registering and when completing any KYC verification process;
• Bet only with funds that you own and can legitimately afford to lose, and not with borrowed money, credit facilities or funds designated for essential expenses;
• Take personal responsibility for all wagers placed through the Platform, understanding that betting involves financial risk and that losses are possible;

• Using software, bots, scripts, automated tools or any artificial means to gain an unfair advantage in betting markets or casino games;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of welcome offers, free spins or reload bonuses in ways that violate the stated promotional terms;
• Participating in any form of match-fixing, insider information exploitation or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed;
• Laundering money or using apkvip for any transaction connected with illegal activity;

• Sharing account access with, or acting as an agent for, any third party;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute or republish any content from this Platform without express written consent from apkvip;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer or create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Commercially exploit any content from this Platform without prior written authorisation;
• Use automated tools, scrapers or bots to extract content from apkvip.

All third-party trademarks, brand names and logos referenced on this Platform — including the names of payment providers, sporting bodies and game studios — remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to these names on apkvip does not imply any endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, apkvip and its directors, officers, employees, agents and partners shall not be liable for:

apkvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation or account abuse;
• We receive a court order or regulatory instruction requiring the suspension or closure of your account;
• You are found to have accessed the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited;
• You are determined to be a minor;
• You are subject to a self-exclusion order;
• You have provided false KYC documentation.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting apkvip support. Upon account closure, any outstanding wagering requirements must be settled, and withdrawable balances will be processed in accordance with the applicable operator's procedures, subject to KYC and AML requirements.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed by applicable law. Users are advised that disputes arising from the use of apkvip may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which the applicable operator holds its licence, which may differ from Pakistani law.
